Cell imbalance
Where the vehicle makes the data available, we look at how evenly the cells are balanced.
Charging
We check the vehicle charges normally on AC and look for charging-related faults.
DC fast charging
Where applicable, we assess DC fast-charging behaviour.
Error codes
We scan for stored battery and high-voltage system fault codes and explain what they mean.
The data available depends on the make and model. Our checks are non-invasive: we don't open or repair high-voltage batteries.
